Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By paying any fee to CILPRO, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final.

Strict no-refund policy

All fees paid to CatalystPro Institute of Language (CILPRO) are strictly non-refundable in any scenario. No full refund, partial refund, chargeback settlement, or cash return will be issued once payment is received.

1. No refunds in any scenario

Without exception, CILPRO does not refund fees for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Personal schedule conflicts, travel, exams, work, or family reasons
  • Internet, device, power, or location problems at the student’s end
  • Missed classes, late joining, or irregular attendance
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style, batch mates, pace, or course outcomes
  • Request to pause, postpone, transfer, or cancel after enrolment
  • Duplicate payment claims that are not verified by CILPRO as actual duplicate credits
  • Payment made by a parent, relative, or third party on the student’s behalf
  • Partial completion of the course or unused class hours
  • Any other circumstance whatsoever

2. Why fees are non-refundable

Course fees cover trainer allocation, batch seat reservation, learning portal access, administrative processing, and teaching preparation. Once you pay, we reserve capacity for you. That cost is incurred whether or not you attend.

3. Before you pay

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Attend a free demo class where available
  • Confirm batch timing, duration, and fee in writing (WhatsApp or email)
  • Read these terms and our Terms & Conditions before transferring any amount

Payment means you have understood and accepted this no-refund policy.

4. Instalments

If you are allowed to pay in instalments, each instalment is also non-refundable once paid. Failure to pay a later instalment may lead to suspension of classes without any refund of amounts already paid.

5. Offers and discounts

Discounted or offer fees follow the same rule: once paid, the amount is non-refundable. Expiry of an offer after you have paid does not create any refund right.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Initiating a bank/UPI/card chargeback or payment dispute after a valid enrolment may result in immediate suspension of course access. CILPRO will contest improper chargebacks with proof of enrolment, communication, and service delivery. You remain responsible for the fee under this policy.

7. No credit note obligation

We are not obliged to convert fees into a credit note, gift voucher, transfer to another person, or open-ended future batch credit. Any goodwill adjustment, if offered at all, is entirely at CILPRO’s sole discretion and does not change this policy for other students or payments.

8. Confirmed duplicate payments only

If our records confirm that the same fee was credited twice for the same invoice solely due to a technical error, we may reverse the duplicate excess after verification. This is not a course refund. Ordinary course fees remain non-refundable.

9. Acceptance

By paying any amount to CILPRO—online, UPI, bank transfer, cash, or any other method—you confirm that you have read this Refund Policy and agree that no refund will be provided in any scenario.
