These terms govern your use of the CILPRO website and your enrolment in our live online courses. By booking a demo, submitting a form, making a payment, or joining a batch, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About CILPRO

CatalystPro Institute of Language (“CILPRO”, “we”, “us”) offers live online English, IELTS, communication, personality, kids, and related skill programs. Our office is at Office No. 234(I), 2nd Floor, Tej Kumar Plaza 1, Triloki Nath Road, Lucknow – 226001, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our website or enrol in our courses. If you enrol a child or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Services

We provide live instructor-led online classes, demos, learning materials, and related support as described at the time of enrolment. Course content, batch timings, trainers, duration, and delivery format may be updated to improve quality or for operational reasons. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.

4. Enrolment and fees

  • Enrolment is confirmed only after we receive the applicable fee (or the instalment amount agreed in writing) and share confirmation by call, WhatsApp, email, or portal message.
  • Fees quoted on the website, ads, or calls are indicative unless confirmed in writing for your batch.
  • Offers and discounts are valid only for the period and conditions stated and cannot be combined unless we say so in writing.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment details.

All fee payments are subject to our Refund Policy. Fees once paid are non-refundable in every scenario.

5. Free demo classes

Demo classes are provided to help you understand our teaching style. A demo does not create a right to free ongoing classes, a seat hold, or a refund of any later fee. Demo availability depends on trainer and batch capacity.

6. Student responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend classes on time using a stable internet connection and a suitable device
  • Behave respectfully with trainers and other learners
  • Not record, share, sell, or republish class sessions, materials, or login credentials without written permission
  • Keep your learning portal credentials confidential
  • Inform us promptly of schedule conflicts or technical issues affecting attendance

We may suspend or remove access without refund if a student engages in abuse, harassment, copyright violation, payment fraud, or repeated disruption of classes.

7. Attendance and batch changes

Missed classes are generally not replayed as one-to-one make-up sessions unless we offer that in writing for your plan. Batch transfers, pauses, or extensions are at CILPRO’s discretion and may require additional fees. Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or free extension.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, worksheets, PDFs, recordings (if any), branding, website text, and teaching methods remain the property of CILPRO or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials only for your own learning during the course period.

9. Results disclaimer

Language improvement depends on your starting level, practice, attendance, and effort. We do not guarantee exam scores, job placement, visa outcomes, or a specific fluency level within a fixed number of days.

10. Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use our forms to send spam or misleading information. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CILPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, exam fees, travel costs, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the fee actually paid for that specific course, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that Indian law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
